Three days full of fun in the Maasland
Teamweekend 2026
Our annual team weekend at Fenego remains one of the absolute highlights of the year. In 2026, we once again headed out together for a mix of relaxation, action and connection. A chance to step away from the daily routine and focus on what makes us stronger as a team: shared experiences.
Wine, nature and the right atmosphere from the start
A relaxed start in a green setting
We kicked off the weekend with a unique wine safari in a beautiful, green setting. And we didn’t do it on foot, but in eco golf carts. Cruising between the vineyards with a glass of wine in hand while catching up with colleagues doesn’t get much better than that. The combination of great wines, fresh air and good conversations immediately put everyone in the right mindset. No rush, no deadlines, just enjoying and connecting.
In the evening, we headed to an authentic setting for a local all-in BBQ on a farm. Great food, long tables and a relaxed atmosphere completed the picture. The perfect start to a weekend all about spending time together.
Kayaking on the Meuse and action at Terhills
Fully in and on the water
The weekend then shifted up a gear with a day full of water activities. We started with a group kayak trip on the Meuse. Paddling together, occasionally bumping into each other and simply enjoying the scenery, with horses and Galloway cattle grazing along the banks. And yes, we also brought beers and mimosas in the kayaks, which only added to the atmosphere.
In the afternoon, we headed to Terhills, where action took centre stage. From waterskiing and wakeboarding to the aquapark, everyone went for it. This was without a doubt one of the highlights of the weekend.
Great food, music and a dance floor that stayed alive
An evening full of atmosphere and energy
After an active day, it was time to freshen up and get ready for a cozy evening. We enjoyed a generous dinner together, followed by an evening party that went on into the late hours.
The dance floor stayed full, conversations kept going, and the atmosphere was exactly what you’d expect at Fenego: warm, energetic and genuine.
Farm games and a relaxed wrap-up
Finishing strong with team spirit
On the final day, we gave it one last push during the Farm Games. Divided into teams, we took on a series of fun and original challenges. Competition, collaboration and plenty of laughs were at the centre of it all, with everyone giving it their best one last time.
We wrapped up the weekend with a group lunch at Terland, where we could unwind and look back on all the great moments. Tired but satisfied, and most of all, with a fresh boost of team energy.
Investing in connection and collaboration
More than just a team weekend
Our team weekend is about more than just getting away. It’s a deliberate investment in teambuilding, trust and collaboration. By stepping out of our comfort zone together and sharing new experiences, we strengthen how we work together every day.
And honestly? We’re already looking forward to the next edition!
