Team weekend 2025

After an unforgettable edition in Les Ondes last year, our team headed this time to the heart of the Flemish Ardennes. At the beautiful Bouffete estate in Avelgem, we enjoyed a weekend packed with culinary delights, active challenges, and above all, lots of fun together.

Fire and festivities

We kicked off the weekend with an asado workshop, guided by grill master Gaston. From chopping vegetables to filling empanadas and slowly roasting a whole pig on the spit, it took teamwork and patience. After the delicious meal, our resident DJs Nemo & John took over, and the dance floor stayed lively until the early morning.

Leadership, communication, and some serious leg work

Herding sheep and biking through the Flemish Ardennes

The next morning started with a continental breakfast, but also a surprising challenge: sheep herding! Collaboration and leadership were essential to guide the flock. After a hearty lunch, we tackled the hills of the Flemish Ardennes on mountain bikes, finishing with a well-deserved drink at the top of the Kwaremont.

Cocktails, Pizza, and vintage adventures

In the evening, Miraeus showed us the art of cocktail making while fresh wood-fired pizzas were served. The following day, we explored the region in vintage 2CV cars, completing fun skill challenges along the way. A final lunch on Bouffete’s terrace rounded off the perfect weekend. For us at Fenego, moments like these are key to building trust and strengthening team spirit.
