Fenego puts IGO Promo online and on the map with an impressive webshop

IGO-POST called on Fenego and Intershop in order to further develop its omni-channel strategy.

Curious about the possibilities of Intershop?

The paper catalog may still function well, but IGO-POST doesn´t want to stand still. IGO-POST contacted Fenego many years ago in order to enable its business processes and print possibilities to develop further. After a few strategic workshops, IGO-POST and Fenego decided to set up an omni-channel market approach with help from Intershop.

Offline versus online

IGO-POST´s list of requirements was extensive. Both offline (in the catalog) and online (via the webshop), IGO-POST customers must have access to over 6,500 products. One of IGO-POST priorities was that the new website and webshop must remain recognizable for customers. Another requirement was that IGO-POST also wanted to be able to manage the data between the different sales channels via the same PIM system.

Increased visibility

Fenego worked out a user-friendly solution on the basis of Intershop Enfinity Suite 6.4 and an Oracle database. Because many of the catalog products can be personalized, Fenego also added a module that enables customers, with just a few mouse clicks, to generate products with their own company logo. Using LogoView IGO-POST helps the customer to make an even better personal choice from the wide product line. It works very simply. After uploading his own company logo, the customer immediately sees the beautiful result on all the promotional articles.

Upgrade

Finally, Fenego also created a user-friendly check-out and ensured good results in search engines. IGO-POST is highly satisfied, and has decided to work with Fenego again soon on an upgrade to Intershop 7.5.
